Business Account Request

Please submit the information listed below in order to pay using POs and/or request tax-exempt status.

If you are requesting tax exemption status, you will need to email a copy of your tax exemption form and billing information to:

drivertraining@national.aaa.com

with the subject: “Business Account Request”

**Please be sure to fill out the seller information with:

Business Account Setup


Follow the instructions below and your business account will be set up for you!

Please include the following information in your email:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email to be used for your new account (if you are not logged in)
  • Business Name
  • Billing Contact Email (This is where invoices will be sent if you pay with a PO.)
  • Billing First Name and Last Name
  • Billing Address (Street, Street2, City, State, Zip code)
  • Shipping Business Name
  • Shipping Contact First and Last name)
  • Shipping Address (if different than Billing) (Street, Street2, City, State, Zip code)
  • Is your business tax exempt? Yes or No
  • If you are tax exempt, please attach a copy of your tax exemption form

1. Provide us with the information from the list above. Send this information to drivertraining@national.aaa.com
2. Your account will automatically be created or updated with the information you entered here
3. If you need to use POs to order or need a tax-exemption, those requests will need to be approved (it usually takes 5-7 business days for approval)
4. Once approved, you will receive an email notifying you that your account is ready for ordering
5. That's it!
