Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble unzipping the file:
The download itself appears to be valid. The issue is usually caused by older extraction software that cannot read newer ZIP compression formats. The following method works for both PC, Mac, Chromebook, etc.
Extract Your Download Using ZIP Extractor (Chrome)
If your computer has trouble opening ZIP files, ZIP Extractor for Chrome is a free alternative that works on both Windows and Mac.
Step 1: Install ZIP Extractor
- Open the ZIP Extractor extension in the Chrome Web Store.
- Click Add to Chrome.
- Follow the prompts to install the extension.
Step 2: Open ZIP Extractor
- Open ZIP Extractor in Chrome.
- If prompted, sign in to your Google account and click Allow to authorize the application.
Step 3: Extract Your ZIP File
- Locate the ZIP file you downloaded to your computer.
- Drag and drop the ZIP file into the ZIP Extractor window.
- You can also click Choose File and browse to the ZIP file if you prefer.
- ZIP Extractor will display the contents of the archive.
- Click Extract (or Extract All) to unzip the files.
- Choose a folder on your computer where you'd like the extracted files to be saved.
- Once extraction is complete, open the destination folder to access your files.
Alternatively,
Please try extracting the file using the latest version of 7-Zip (Windows), WinRAR (Windows), or Keka (Mac). Once updated extraction software is used, the archive should open normally.
