Troublshooting

If you are having trouble unzipping the file:

The download itself appears to be valid. The issue is usually caused by older extraction software that cannot read newer ZIP compression formats. Please try extracting the file using the latest version of 7-Zip (Windows), WinRAR (Windows), or Keka (Mac). Once updated extraction software is used, the archive should open normally.

If your issue is not listed or resolved

Please email DriverTraining@National.AAA.com with:

1) a summary of the issue

2) the browser and/or program(s) you are using

3) your machine type (Mac/PC)

4) Operating system (macOS Tahoe Version xxxx / Window 11, etc.)
