Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

• 14+ days before class start date: Full refund
• 7–13 days before class start date: Partial refund
• Fewer than 7 days before class start date: No refund without approval

Attendance and Course Completion

• Full attendance is required to pass the class
• In our virtual classroom, participants must:
• Be on camera with audio capability for the entire class
• Remain attentive and actively participate
• Plan work and personal schedules accordingly to eliminate conflicts of time
• To complete the course, participants must earn 70% or higher on:
• Delivery of a presentation
• Pass required tests
